Lorenzo Romano, the brewmaster of Rogues Roost, has produced all the draft we've sold in our thirteen years in bussiness.
Originaly from Ontario, Lorne trained and brewed at several breweries and pubs in Toronto and Niagra before moving down east to work with us at Rogues. He brews a wide variety of ales (and the occasional lager) including his much sought after seasonal Russian imperial stout, hefe weizen, kolsch, and barley wine.
Lorne and his assistant Jacob Saunders love to talk about beer, so if you're in the pub don't hesitate to knock on the brewery door and let them show you around.
Cheers!
